Customers who visit our office receive quotation preparation free of charge. Our team will prepare and revise your quotation with you in person. For remote quotation preparation, a refundable deposit of 200 USD is required before we begin. If you place an order with us, the deposit is credited in full against your final invoice. If no cooperation agreement is reached, the deposit is refunded to you in full. This policy allows our team to prioritise serious commercial requests and to give each of them the time a proper quotation deserves.
