User Data Deletion Instructions — CodexWP / WhatsApp

This page explains how to request deletion of your data handled by Tawfiq International Trading Co., Ltd. and its technical service provider in connection with the CodexWP WhatsApp service.
This is a human data deletion request process handled by email. It is not an API callback, a webhook, or an automated deletion endpoint.
How to Request Deletion
1. Send an email
Email your request to youssef19871014@gmail.com.
2. Use this exact subject line
Data Deletion Request – CodexWP/WhatsApp
3. Include the following details
- Your name or WhatsApp profile name
- Your WhatsApp phone number in international format
- The approximate date of the conversation
- A description of the data you want deleted
4. Identity verification
To protect your data, we may request reasonable verification to establish that you own or control the relevant account or phone number.
We will never ask for your WhatsApp password, Facebook password, Meta password, one-time password (OTP), or any one-time verification code. Never share those with anyone.
5. Data covered by your request
After reasonable verification, relevant stored information may be deleted or anonymized as appropriate, including:
- Stored messages
- Stored attachments
- Phone number
- WhatsApp and platform identifiers
- Inquiry records
- Lead classifications
- Summaries
- Follow-up priorities
- Suggested reply drafts
- Related derived operational information
6. Processing time
Requests are normally processed within 30 days. Limited information may need to be retained where required by law or by legitimate compliance or security obligations.
7. Limited retention
Where appropriate, we may retain:
- Limited audit information that is not reasonably sufficient to reconstruct the conversation
- Anonymized information
- Records we are legally required to keep
8. Meta / WhatsApp data
Deleting information from systems operated by Tawfiq International and/or its technical service provider does not automatically delete information that Meta or WhatsApp independently retains. For information held by Meta or WhatsApp, please use Meta and WhatsApp's own privacy and account-management controls.
9. Confirmation
You will receive confirmation once your deletion request has been completed.
