In your request, provide enough information for us to reasonably identify the records associated with you.
We will never ask for your WhatsApp password, Facebook password, Meta password, one-time password (OTP), or any one-time verification code. Never share those with anyone.
For security reasons, do not send passwords, verification codes, access tokens, API keys, or other sensitive credentials.
3. Identity Verification
Before processing a deletion request, we may need to take reasonable steps to verify that the requester is authorized to request deletion of the relevant information.
We will only request information reasonably necessary for verification.
4. What Happens After a Valid Request
After a valid deletion request is verified, we will review the information associated with the request.
Where applicable, personal information will be deleted or anonymized from systems under our control unless retention is reasonably necessary for:
