Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)
Conducted when at least 80% of goods are ready for shipment. Inspectors verify quantity, specifications, workmanship, and packaging against your requirements.
During Production Inspection (DPI)
An in-process check when approximately 20–50% of production is complete, allowing issues to be identified and corrected before the full batch is finished.
Initial Production Check (IPC)
Conducted at the very start of production to confirm materials, components, and early samples meet the agreed specifications.
Container Loading Supervision
On-site verification during container loading to confirm correct quantities, proper packing, and no visible damage before the shipment departs.
AQL Statistical Sampling
