• An initial response
• A preliminary quotation indication
• An estimated price
• Preliminary availability information
• Preliminary shipping or delivery information

A commercial transaction becomes binding only when applicable commercial terms are confirmed in writing by Tawfiq International through an appropriate commercial document or written confirmation, such as:

• A confirmed quotation
• A written agreement
• An accepted purchase order
• An invoice
• An equivalent written commercial confirmation

When contacting us, you should provide accurate and complete information relevant to your request, including where applicable:

• Product
• Quantity
• Specifications
• Destination
• Delivery requirements
• Commercial requirements

You are responsible for reviewing and confirming final commercial terms before proceeding with a transaction.

You must not use our services for requests involving:

• Illegal goods or services
• Fraudulent transactions
• Counterfeit goods
• Intellectual-property infringement
• Unlawful activity
• Unsafe or abusive activity

Tawfiq International may refuse, suspend, or stop handling any request that is unlawful, inappropriate, fraudulent, abusive, or unsafe.

Automated tools may assist our team with organizing, classifying, summarizing, prioritizing, and drafting responses to inquiries.

Automated outputs, suggested responses, classifications, or preliminary information do not replace final human or commercial confirmation where such confirmation is required.

Our services may rely on third-party platforms and infrastructure, including Meta / WhatsApp.

Your use of third-party platforms remains subject to their own terms, privacy policies, availability, technical limitations, and applicable policies.

Tawfiq International does not control the availability, operation, or policies of those third-party services.

Original content, branding, layout, designs, text, and other materials made available through the Tawfiq International website belong to Tawfiq International or their respective rights holders, unless otherwise stated.

Nothing in these Terms grants permission to reproduce or use protected materials without authorization.

Commercial circumstances may change.

For example:

• Supplier availability may change
• Product availability may change
• Prices may change
• Shipping rates may change
• Shipping schedules may change
• Customs requirements may change
• Production schedules may change
• Delays may occur

Preliminary estimates, indications, or communications are not guarantees unless expressly confirmed in writing by Tawfiq International.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tawfiq International will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our website or communication services, or from reliance on preliminary information that has not been formally confirmed.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
